Conflict Minerals Statement
Hongqiao Technology is committed to providing customers with efficient, innovative and environment-friendly products with the highest standards. We have the ability to quickly adapt to industrial standards and certification, such as REACH, RoHS certification and conflict minerals policy. In view of the local military conflict and human rights violations caused by the trade and export of minerals to the conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and based on corporate social responsibility and respect for international human rights, we expect our supplier partners and their suppliers to jointly abide by the EICC and GeSI Code of Conduct.
Hongqiao Technology hereby declares that all products provided to customers are conflict free minerals. At the same time, we will be committed to investigating the supply chain in detail to ensure that gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), tin (Sn) and other metals are not mined from mining areas in the conflict zone of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling through anarchic legions or illegal groups.
In addition, the metals exported by the following countries do not meet the "conflict free standard": Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya (the United Nations Security Council recognizes that the above countries are all minerals of the Congo vein).
The Company guarantees that the metal contained in any product sold to customers complies with DRC Conflict Free, and hereby makes the following commitments:
1. Do not purchase conflict minerals from conflict areas.
2. Require suppliers to refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict areas, and sign a letter of commitment for conflict free minerals to Hongqiao Technology.
3. Our suppliers are required to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers and must comply with the requirements of conflict free minerals.
4. Try our best to trace the source of materials and refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict areas.
